This taxidermy of a bobcat and two macaw parrots depicting a near-miss is now available FOR SALE. I don't know the age of this taxidermy but as late as 1900, these parrots could be found in southern Texas and northern Mexico so their respective territories might have overlapped. Sadly, now you'd have to travel to southern Panama to see the blue and gold parrot in the wild. The scarlet macaw is more abundant and can still be found along the east-central coast of Mexico.
